I can feel myself getting back into low grade panic mode again, like I felt during the first 4 years.

What's the worst thing?

Me: got rid of USAID. I read about it on r/fednews. (He put about 10 or more higher ups on paid leave)
Maybe there should be a weekly poll or something, so people don't get distracted.

the worst thing he did today? Tough call, between ending HIV drugs for poor people who can't afford them otherwise and will die out in the bigger world and ending snap payments to poor people in this country. I'm going with both.

5. I too have slipped into panic mode. I think it was hearing Maddow

talk about Kash Patel after three or four hours of reading the posts of Federal Workers who are watching their agencies fall victim to (their words) a "hostile takeover."

My pick for worst thing of the day is whatever the fuck he is doing to our government. Call it freezing it, or dismemberment, dismantling. He seems to have frozen the movement of money into agencies and out of agencies, even to projects specified by Congress. So we are way, way out into the rings of Saturn at this point.
