What exactly is Musk's position in our government? Was he appointed?

Confirmed? Was he hired? Is he getting a salary? Why is the Lincoln bedroom his new office? Or does he just stroke Trump balls?

Why is he getting sensitive information from the treasury? And access to sensitive government e mails?

Why are Democrats okay with this?

They are openly breaking the law and violating the Constitution. Their main goal is to take control of the treasury and pilfer it.

Those law suits that have been filed trying to stop Trump, if Trump loses he plans to ignore the courts and dare anyone to do anything about it.

Remember, our fascist court gave TSF immunity.

We the people need a grass roots movement to stop him. A good start would be for Congressional Democrats to start holding town halls across the country explaining what Project 2025 will do to people. The people will come, the MSM will come, a movement can be organized.

My advice to whoever is sending me texts asking for money, give me some examples of what my money will be used for. I will donate beyond my means to fund town halls across the country. I will not give money to pay whoever writes the speeches that Chuck Schumer gives on the floor of the Senate.

Why this fact is being ignored. What happened to this fact being stated constantly by democrats which in turn will drive trump crazy. It works and should continue.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Favourite
A favourite was the intimate companion of a ruler or other important person. In post-classical and early-modern Europe, among other times and places, the term was used of individuals delegated significant political power by a ruler. It was especially a phenomenon of the 16th and 17th centuries, when government had become too complex for many hereditary rulers with no great interest in or talent for it, and political institutions were still evolving. From 1600 to 1660 there were particular successions of all-powerful minister-favourites in much of Europe, particularly in Spain, England, France and Sweden.[1]

By the late 17th century, the royal favourite as quasi-Prime Minister declined; in France, the King resolved to rule directly, while in Britain, as the power of the monarch relative to Parliament declined, executive power slowly passed to the new office of Prime Minister and other parliamentary ministers.

The term is also sometimes employed by writers who want to avoid terms such as "royal mistress", "friend", "companion", or "lover" (of either sex). Some favourites had sexual relations with their monarch (or the monarch's spouse), but this was far from universal. Many were favoured for their skill as administrators, while others were close friends of the monarch.

The term has an inbuilt element of disapproval and is defined by the Oxford English Dictionary as "One who stands unduly high in the favour of a prince",[2] citing Shakespeare: "Like favourites/ Made proud by Princes" (Much Ado about Nothing, 3.1.9[3]).

and renamed it "the United States DOGE Service": https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/establishing-and-implementing-the-presidents-department-of-government-efficiency/

The first head of the US Digital Service was uncontroversial - he'd done work on healthcare.gov under Obama: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikey_Dickerson , so I think it was a non-political position, and maybe didn't need confirmation then. Whether Musk has really been appointed yet, I'm not sure. of course his power and partisanship ought to require confirmation hearings, but I expect Trump will ignore that totally, and just wait for lawsuits to ignore too.
