Trump signed an order for a Sovereign Wealth Fund.
We have no excess funds, which is usually the reason to start one.
We do have funds. About 2.8 trillion in SS alone.

5. Tax wealth

A redistributive tax on wealth is the correct (left not right) way to fund it. But of course they are not going to do that. It has to be some obscure scheme to loot the treasury, probably involving bitcoin. The sovereign wealth fund would hold bitcoin, which it would buy from M with your tax dollars?

6. As a fund, it would obviously contain more than just Tiktok, but that alone would be enough...

I do imagine the fund will contain Tesla, Space X, Twitter/X, and Truth Social.
