how many firings?

...anyone know if anyone is keeping a running total of how many government workers have been fired so far? Or is trying to? As usual, reality is murky, clouded by all the bullshit spewing from Trump and Musk and right-wing lackeys. They are firing these people, firing those people, etc. But is anyone keeping actual numbers? I would be surprised if Trump or Musk were even keeping score. Seems like a pace that is going to show up in upcoming unemployment stats. If they release accurate figures, of course.

1. I do wish we had better info. Not sure how many have been terminated vs those someone suggested a cut.

Worked for government, and there is waste. But I’ve worked for private companies, and there is as much — if not more — waste, especially from a societal view point.

I do know these MFers will ruin the lives of good people — employees and beneficiaries — just to make vile trumpsters applaud them.
