2. Normally, the Courts could depend on the Federal Marshal Service

If the judge finds them in contempt, an order would go out to the Federal Marshals.

The problem is that they are actually under the DOJ.

There will be meetings with the Judicial Council for that Circuit, the leaders of the Federal Marshal Service, AND leaders at the DOJ.

I have a sick feeling how it will probably end up given who is running the DOJ now.

It is also a huge concern of mine if these judges are threatened, and the only place they can turn for protection is the FMS. What if there are maga Federal Marshals? I am pretty sure that MOST of them take their oath to the constitution seriously. I still feel sick to my stomach.
