On Tuesday they were 88 cents which works out as just over a 25% rise.

That includes most foods.

So either the price of avocados went up on their own, or the store is price gouging.

last November. We had just spent thousands there and said in the spring we will do it as we don't drive the van very often. Came back they wanted $250 more, original estimate $450.

He had car in shop thinking it couldn't be much more, when he found out he said stop everything and he took to another place and got done for $485.

They tried to say because of tariffs and parts but it hadn't even started yet. They had the parts bought when it was cheaper.
