Still, I suppose if they use some gold spray paint on Al Capones old cell and tell Fatass theres an omelette bar, he could be persuaded to do a residency there.

I am sure that he can change the designation of the tract from National Park back to Bureau of Prisons with some paperwork and executive pressure... However, Tip O'Neill just THOUGHT it was expensive to take the Battleship Missouri out of mothballs and use it again....This will require several billion dollars to accomplish.
