Let Pope Leo XIV not be silent about multiple degradations of humanity by Trump in his own country.

Trump doesn't concede defeat, and is famous for his revenge fetish.

I'm glad they got their choice of Pope, but now rump has some leverage against the Church. If I were him, I wouldn't let rump summons me, ever.

"Revenge fetish." Love that. Never thought of it that way, but it is also correct, and you furnished the whole picture in two words. Wonderful phrase.

A dubious distinction, to be sure. Frankly, I’m surprised they chose someone so ‘young’.

Should have realized before now that I'm old but it struck me when I realized I'm older than the Pope. Time flies🙂

He talked of peace and that the church loves everyone.

This gives me hope.
