We signed our lease!

My wife and I signed our lease today. We went thru the apartment with the landlord pointing out some faults we saw and he himself acknowledge the "flaws" that have been repaired when the heating ducts needed to be place in the walls for gas heat.

We need the gas company to place the gas meters on the house (which has been divided into 3 apartments. (first floor - ours, second floor and third floor)

My wife is also going to take pictures when she goes in to do a quick scrub down before we start moving in.

Her mother (a control freak trying to control our lives) kept complaining it wasn't cleaned and that we have to do "a lot of scrubbing" before we move in.

Honestly I am hoping to move boxes in This weekend and start moving our furniture in by Thursday.
