(74,415 posts)4. Yes, by the video, decision written by KAGAN, that a congressional Act grants immunity to gun
manufacturers based on their selling the things to licensed distributors who sell to licensed dealers, such that suing based on the end result of criminal activity is too far down the line. Something like that. I only listened to 2 minutes and have no credentials for Legalisms. Something about a law having been passed that was clear enough without internal contradictions and separation of powers - Congress doing its separate thing. Sorry.
