That Don Lemon and Kathy Griffin have brought it out into the open and others will as time goes by

No question about it

when tomorrow we will be protesting what has been happening since January.

By all means investigate concrete cases of election fraud - to prevent it happening next time - but right here and now, we have Kristi Noem talking about liberating LA and CA from their governments. - the coup is underway. The house is on fire.

and they all believe it. I would like to think we are more grown up than that. Harris was not leading in all of the polls. Because something is mathematically improbable, does not mean that it didn't happen.

There is as much evidence (as introduced and accepted in a court of law) for 2024 election denialism as there was for 2020 election denialism:

Zero

Denial may be a natural part of the grieving process, but it can interfere with facing the very real threats and challenges this administration poses on a daily basis.

The judge has allowed discovery to go forward in the case -- discovery that will help the judge decide whether or not to order a hand recount. The next trial date isn't until late September.

And the New York Supreme Court is the lowest level court in the state of New York. It is a trial court, not an appellate court. It's decisions are reviewable by the New York Court of Appeals.

I'm assuming you are quoting some source. I'm curious because I haven't seen any source stating that the judge has determined that a full hand recount must occur.

Looks like the plaintiff is actually SMART Legislation, but both are part of the same organization.

SMART Legislation, the action arm of SMART Elections, is the lead plaintiff in the case. Both organizations are dedicated to ensuring fair and accurate elections.

A number of outlets ran pieces a couple of days ago, based largely, or entirely, on their press release.

Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean the information is inaccurate, but it's something to keep in mind when evaluating the information presented.

On edit:
I noticed that the press release is very similar to questionseverything's quote except that the press release is clear that the judges order was in regard to discovery.

The Latin Times piece contains questionseverything's quote, I'm not sure why they changed that part from the press release.

They have done fascinating work and I wish people would watch it

But you were correct the quote was from smartelections, they are a different group, different info , different case but they are already in court and have received some favorable rulings

Eta is still in the gathering, compiling stage but their work seems compelling to me

Your quote matches that in Latin News, possibly others:

The case refers to the results of the election in Rockland County, New York, with Judge Rachel Tanguay of the New York Supreme Court ruling that a full hand recount must occur following the

Highlight is mine.

From "SMART Elections" press release:

NEW CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / May 29, 2025 / A seminal case questioning the accuracy of the 2024 Presidential and Senate election results in Rockland County, New York, is moving forward. In open court last Thursday, Judge Rachel Tanguay of the New York Supreme Court, ruled that discovery must proceed, pushing the lawsuit brought by SMART Legislation into the evidence-gathering stage. The lawsuit seeks a full hand recount of the Presidential and U.S. Senate races in Rockland County.

Highlight is mine.

The difference is significant. As onenote pointed out, the first has the judge saying a recount must occur, the second has her saying that discovery must proceed.

willing to investigate and provide proof of it, I've no problem with it. More power to them.

Trump, Republican voters, their elected officials, and their pundits CONTINUE to claim the 2020 election stolen, refuse to accept the validity of our vote, and the legitimacy of Biden's presidency.

So, I'd have no problem with those inclined to return the favour. ESPECIALLY if it gets under TSF's orange painted hide.

And how difficult it is to get the vote counted

So it’s definitely about election manipulation but palast doesn’t get into the non transparent vote counting that seems to show manipulation and an inaccurate result
