Report of Bloomington, IL "No Kings" protest.

Last edited Sat Jun 14, 2025, 05:56 PM - Edit history (1)

My guess, about 2500 people showed up. We had 2 pickup trucks (4 white guys) flying their TSF 2024 and Rebel flags drive around the blocks several times. I think we had them out numbered. I had lots of folks taking photos of my Baby Trump balloon.
This is my last American protest as I will be moving to Costa Rica in 3 weeks.

I lowered the number of attendees to match local news estimate.

And thanks for the report.

Went to the one in Bangor, good turnout, most of the park was full and people were still showing up when we left... after about 95 minutes. Was scheduled to go for three hours, we made it half way.

Glad to see the turnout everywhere.

Congrats on the move, I might end up there myself, never can tell... yet.

'we the people' look like we're really nice! I hope the world sees some of these pictures as an alternative to what the media provides

Worked for a few years at BroMenn.

Good place to live.

Glad to see the turnout.

Enjoy CR.
