News business is owned by the rich and powerful and you think they will allow reporting detrimental to those in control?

When is the public going to wake up? Why do they think news business reports the facts? Another reason why capitalism is a FAILURE to the common person and rewards money and power to those who own the business and owners can control the news. They have enough money to hire those who know how to manipulate people, oh of course they wouldn't manipulate would they

the narrative is that the mainstream news media is "left-wing" when it actually skews right and has been goose stepping more to the reich for decades.

She signed off on Woodward and Bernstein.

The new business doesn't have to be that way (as portrayed in the OP). Rich people could use their money to do right and good, to feel fulfilled, instead of accumulating more money than they can spend.

When rich people learn to work for their own best interests, they will be on our side. A gaggle of mentally ill oligarchs have taken over because an oligarch runs the country and favors the needs of the fringe. Bill Gates and Mark Cuban will not cow tow to Trump. Soros recently bought a lot of local news agencies, but he is far beyond the right.

I agree that the media is owned by the right but the left needs to step up before it's too late.
