We went to Freeport and then attended the Bath protest on the Sagadahoc Bridge

There were over two thousand people at the Freeport, Maine No Kings event and one lonely Donnie Supporter who pulled up stakes and went home after about an hour. The event lasted over three hours and Senator Angus King came by to shake hands and to encourage us.

The Bath protest organizers wanted enough people to span the entire Sagadahoc Bridge, we did that as over 2,800 people showed up.

The vibe was upbeat and joyous with a good dose of determination to save our democracy.

As Churchill said, "Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning,".
