The Court's opinions this week will be very important.

Judge Breyer in San Francisco had ruled that it was illegal for Trump to put the National Guard into LA without the Governor's approval. (I don't think they have ruled on deployment of the Marines just yet)

However, Trump's lawyers appealed the decision in a nano-second and the appeals court, with two Trump nominees, put a stay on the decision until this Tuesday. Reportedly, that meant that Trump kept control of the National Guard that is now in LA.

Whatever the appeals court rules this Tuesday, I imagine it will be appealed to the Supreme Court? How long will they debate it or will they just let the appeals court decision stand?

Important decisions await this week.
