5. Substack is growing

as a big voice in truthful journalism due to the number of good journalists and commentators on there now, and more are onboarding.

Heather Cox Richardson and her Letters From an American is one of my favorites.

ETA: As for the 'right wing nazi voices' preventing participation - this is EXACTLY how the right wing and trolls start taking over any outlet. We go "ick!" and RUN AWAY. Don't obey in advance.
