What is the latest word on Newsom's challenge to the National Guard being used in Los Angeles?

Without his consent?

I know that it went to the 3-Judge panel of the Appeals Court and they sent it back to the original Judge to be ruled on this Friday?

What happens then?

In my opinion, this is a critical time for the Judiciary.

Do the appeals panel have to accept the argument and deny t? Or issue it before Judge Breyer?

I really wonder how this will go…but it seems it’s destined for the SCOTUS….and that scares me and gives me little hope
