If we sanctioned Israel and Bibi the way we sanction Iran and Russia, there would be no need to bomb any country in the

ME. Check the history of first and pre-emptive strikes and assassinations and determine what initiated retaliation and most of the conflicts. Even Oct 7 was a promised retaliation for a precipitous assassination of a leader in a foreign country that was threatening no one. The US can no longer play legitimate peace-maker if it ever was. Every known group of fighters that we call "terrorists" has originated from a precipitous act of aggression and occupation by some other country. It won't stop util we get it right about victim and occupier. From Israel to Ukraine, we need to look in the historical mirror and learn the real culprits, including ourselves. Until people stop falling under the persuasive madness of global self-centered Rasputins, we all are doomed to the fate of never-ending conflicts and destruction.

and Iran arming and financing terrorists, IE: HAMAs, Hizbollah, Houthis, and various other terrorist orgs, that are constantly attacking Israel with the stated goal of the total elimination of the State of Israel.
Just my 2 cents here.
It's my opinion to let Iran and Israel slug it out without US combat forces getting involved, IOW, no US forces.

The nationalist not only does not disapprove of atrocities committed by his own side, he has a remarkable capacity for not even hearing about them.

First, Iran cannot get a nuclear weapon, the deal we had with them under Obama prevented that.

But the main thing is we need to cut Israel off, Netanyahu and the other far right extremists running that country will never seek peace with such a massive power imbalance that allows them to exterminate thousands with no real check and balance of loss of life of their own at any similar scale.
