by "ice" or anyone who is masked and unidentified
b/c anyone can get a costume that says "police" and because of the murders/shootings in colorado with the senators, anyone can be stopping or kidnapping someone
i think that sounds like good advice

Like when they advise you to drive to the police station when a supposed cop wants to pull you over.

Several local police departments sent out notice that you have a right to call 9/11 and verify the people stopping you or at your door are legit.
They also said their officers will not be masked and will be wearing badges and name tags.
