Well, Musk DID get ONE THING OF TRUMP'S that he desperately wanted for himself.

I'm not talking about Musk's spiffy new cloned database of your Social Security numbers, banking data, medical records, etc etc etc.

I'm not talking about him magically shifting multi-billion dollar contracts away from his competitors and to his own businesses.

I'm not talking about his gutting agencies that held regulatory authority over his businesses and their ability to investigate him.

WE KNOW HE DID ALL OF THOSE THINGS.

I'm talking about a fawning media and their obsession with documenting Musk's "feelings." On Salon:

Musk’s meltdown era is here: Exploding rockets, billion-dollar losses, and a Trump cold shoulder: Elon Musk’s empire is running on fumes

MAKE NO MISTAKE: What Musk GOT from his DOGE SHIT adventure DWARFS anything he may have "lost."

But the news media insists on weeping over the nail holes in his hands and feet from being nailed to a cross.

They're treating him with the same kid gloves they use on Trump.

Musk pulled off one of the greatest heists in U.S. history, but let's talk about how he's a "billionaire in free fall."

The whole article just rubbed me the wrong way, as if I am supposed to care.

That he'd made grand claims and now they are being shown to be hollow.

"A billionaire in free fall — and the receipts are everywhere."

When people talk about the metaphorical "receipts", it's normally to say "this is reality, not earlier dubious claims".

Like I said, first impressions. I don't care if Musk is happy or sad, reaping record profits or bleeding cash. Dude wore me out. I'm sick of his circus freak selfies, his whole desperate for attention drug-addled clown show. He disgusts me MORE than Trump.
