Senator Padilla made an interesting comment on the Senate floor a few days ago...
After he was man-handled and made to lie on the floor to be handcuffed.
But, he said that less than 10% of the people being detained by ICE agents had any serious criminal record.
That seems like a lot of innocent people are being charged?
Where does it all end?
