When do we start cashing in on Trump's bad approval ratings ?

So, I keep seeing that Trump has increasingly negative approval ratings on pretty much any topic.
There is also no denying that people are getting fired up pushing against him, the no king protests is a case in point.

However, Trump is still doing whatever the hell he wants, breaking the law and relying on endless court appeals to continue.

Do we have to hang our hope on Nov 2026 to retake the house and start running house investigations ?

Is there anything else that is going to break the dam ?

Trump is not capable of empathy or remorse and can not be shamed for his actions.

Should we instead try to go after his enablers, lower on the totem pole who don't have his protections ?

For example, state actions to subpoena some people if they break state law on Trump's behalf ?

What did people do? They started sewing. So much so that you could hardly find thread in Walmart as I recall.

Are we home-producing "No Kings" hats made in the USA? Is the DNC seeing opportunity and cashing in?

No. Zippo.

We all are aware of the crimes he committed prior to taking office a second time, but why is he still there? Every day he commits more crimes, more atrocities. eviscerates the Constitution, exhibits a total disregard for the tenets of democracy that have made this country great, and yet he gets away with all of it. We are living at a time when this country is becoming something most of us thought was incomprehensible. We believed that sanity, reason, benevolence and integrity would prevail - yet here we are. The damage he has done since January 20 when he signed his edicts shortly after taking the oath of office has dealt a death blow to the USA.

I try to look for reason and logic in all things, but there is none when it comes to Trump. Where is our Democratic leadership? Where are the sane Republicans, if there are any left? In the Nixon years, many Republicans stepped up for the sake of the nation. Have they devolved so far? Are there no safeguards left?

Every day is a new horror. His actions and inactions are harming if not killing people, and yet there he is, in the seat of power. I suppose the only recourse lies with "We the People" to continue to protest and demand change for the good of all mankind.

Edit to add: And many mental health care professionals have stepped forward to say he has serious mental health issues, including his own niece.

We can’t let the distraction of Trump’s low poll numbers keep us from doing what is truly important; maintaining the status quo.
