Congress didn't.
Supreme Court didn't.
No one stopped him.
Precedent Dump issued an unconstitutional military strike on Iran.
Why Is Anyone Surprised??

This is a thing that openly mused about the use of nuclear weapons in the past. Not the distant, foggy unremembered past...less than 10 years ago...about the same time he implied Mexicans were rapists and murderers.

No one stopped this unjustified attack.
No one will stop him from doing worse.

THAT worries me deeply.

Trump used the same loophole in the War Powers Act that Clinton, Obama and Reagan used.

The president has 60 days following the commencement of military action to obtain AUMF from congress.

The only rule Trump didn’t follow is he apparently only briefed 6 members of the Gang Of Eight.
