Somehow I do not think a 'chained CPI' will come to be

And the main reason I do not think that a chained CPI will result from this fiasco we are all watching is because seniors vote and any Representative who votes for this rape of the elderly will be looking at their very last term in office.

chained CPI. My question is why unless they were planning on using it? You know most seniors believe Obama took their COLA off of them in 2010 and 2011.
