President Obama...Please Prove Glenn Greenwald "WRONG!"
I realize that anything from Glenn Greenwald (who now writes for the British "Guardian" newspaper), is not looked on favorably here on DU.
And, while Glenn got some of the Main Points of what the Discussion would be after Obama won the US Election with a large Mandate.....Greenwald did seem to understand what Obama would do with Social Security and the "Grand Bargain."
It's the "Pattern of Obama Negotiation/Capitulation" that has many of us Lefty Dems worried...and Glenn saw early on what the battles would be ...and it would be "SS" but not as broad as he thought...but, we still don't know the FINAL Bargain...that will be hammered out.
