The SCOTUS Decision in a Nutshell

So am I reading this court decision correctly? We now have 50 micronations with their own laws interpreting the U.S. Constitution wholly separate from one another? But there's one guy with private law enforcement who is immune from all punishment who can do whatever he wants in those 50 states?

Of the workers in the farms.

These people are sick and every day I want to scream.

Why do you think that all the confederate states
are red?

I still don't understand why the unions and working
classes turned red, though.

with fealty to an Authoritarian ruling by fiat over his vassals. All aid and benefit comes through the Unitary Executive at his pleasure.
We're very near that now, in less time than Human Gestation.
How many Red States will be Third World Countries before the next Presidential Election, which may well be eligible only to land-holding White Males like the Founders intended, regardless of "Black-Letter Law".
This is all by design, over at least the last ninety years, with copious thought invested and treasure spent warping the Courts and buying Legislators, the Media and Politicians. It could be called a "conspiracy", but they bought the hack for that, too.
If we can't thwart their coup, it's their world, and we have to try to survive in it.

California will be fine -- either by itself or in a confederation with Oregon and Washington. New York and New England will be fine too. The taker welfare red states will sink into 3rd world poverty pretty damn quick.

There are over 1500 Federal Judges in the United States as opposed to "50 micronations"....

It is ridiculous to allow just one judge to stop something outside of their district. We as Democrats fought this same battle when Bush and Trump both used this against us.

Judge shopping can go both ways, and I want it to stop.

It goes both ways. The republicans judge shopped to stop Biden and Obama. It just because it has the birthright citizenship attached too it so it sounds worse. Wait until there an executive order to forgive student loans again or protect women’s health we’ll be happy

Any state can interpret the Constitution as it sees fit. I would love it if Washington, Oregon & California all seceded. A large amount of federal taxes would stop coming into Washington DC.
