It is the President's job to lay his plan out
it is up to Congress to decide if that is the way they want to go
The President can not do anything until Congress comes up with a bill
and puts it on his desk
You better lay any blame on the republican House
that is where the bill needs to start

They're the ones who can't come together on legislation after all.

Inouye’s funeral is Sunday, most of the Senators and the president will be attending.

I saw it reported the Senators are expected to fly back on Sunday.
