How is fox spinning this?

I flipped the channel and they were all bengazi hearings today demanding Hillary to testify. Can they ignore what just happened or are they stalling to cone up with their spin? I hate to listen to it so I haven't flipped back.

I wasn't paying full attention to admit so maybe it was another vote, but at dinner my father (a big hard right conservative) had the channel on around 6:30 PM EST, and I heard them claim that something passed by 6 votes, something like 215 to 209. I'm pretty sure they said Plan B, but like I said I was trying my hardest to ignore it.

Supposedly they came up with a bill that was supposed to entice them to vote for plan b. It did away with defense cuts sequestration and included all the ryan budget type cuts. What a fiasco.
