A proposal to repeal the 22nd Amendment would require a two-thirds vote by the House and Senate.

A call for a Constitutional Convention to address a repeal would require approval by two-thirds of State Legislatures, then require three-fourths of States to ratify the repeal. There has never been a Constitutional Convention.

Neither will happen.
