If your Congressional representative is a Republican,

but not a teabagger, it is time to contact him or her about the current situation. In January, President Obama will be proposing a new plan, and it's going to take moderate Republicans in the House to get it through. Right now, the GOP is in disarray, and incapable of acting as a unified caucus. President Obama will be dealing with moderates in the party to get his plan passed in the House. Your communication with your own Congress member is crucial at this point.

If your representative is a teabagger, don't bother. But if he or she has shown the ability to be reasonable, start a dialog now.
