I noticed something about Kerry's nomination.

Weeks ago, when the nomination was being floated, (and Susan Rice was being smeared,) Faux "news" brought back that O'Neil guy, the one who started the Slime Boaters. (Swift Boaters.)

He trotted out the same old long-discredited smears, and the effect was...nothing.

Let's face it, former Nixon goon O'Neil has crawled back under his rock, and only Faux "news" gave him any time at all.

Brown ensured that Democrats won't soon trust another republican. He promised he'd operate like a Dem on some key issues and then betrayed Mass. voters when he got into office. They won't forget that.

just that it's so painfully obvious what the GOP scheme is. They're fooling no one.

Obama could have won with Rice. Also, there's absolutely nothing republicans want to see from a Kerry State Dept., so I guess I find their earlier statements in support of him for the job curiously self-defeating.

That's how pretty-boy got in there in the first place. and MA seems to like republican governors (like MY state :grr

I am always pissed when I see blue states handing over the state house & legislature to republicans...and then getting all upset when wacko laws "happen"

There are a number of very strong potential candidates. Ed Markey is my personal choice.
