There are more than 100,000 public elementary schools alone across the U.S.

Will this be a federal program or left up to local authorities?

Will the NRA now tell the Republican Party, that they own lock, stock, and barrel, that we need to raise taxes to pay for this? Or maybe LaPierre will eventually propose that our grade schools fall under military jurisdiction so we can fund this through the Dept. of Defense.
