WASHINGTON (Reuters) -A California farm worker died on Friday from injuries sustained a day earlier when U.S. immigration agents raided a cannabis operation and arrested hundreds of workers, according to a farm worker advocacy group.

Separately, a federal judge in California ordered the Trump administration to temporarily halt some of its most aggressive tactics in rounding up undocumented immigrants.

Dozens of migrant-rights activists faced off with federal agents in rural Southern California on Thursday. It was the latest escalation of President Donald Trump's campaign for mass deportations of immigrants in the U.S. illegally.

His administration has made conflicting statements about whether immigration agents will target the farm labor workforce, about half of which is unauthorized to work in the U.S., according to government estimates.

look how hard it is to get a murder charge on crooked cops that shoot people in the back. When they kill with their face visible right on camera. Can you imagine how hard it is going to be to get them to stick on Gestapo masked thugs running down immigrants in a field?

Or on the guards at a concentration camp that starve people to death and then just say they had a medical problem?

A lot of immigrants aren’t ever going to even make it onto the plane out of our country. Mass graves will be discovered in our future.

Some of these retail corporations need to step up and say that these vigilante actions won’t be tolerated on their properties or be seen as complicit. I suspect that some of them are allowing the fascist to use their surveillance systems to target victims. I have seen footage of associates blocking the videoing of abductions in real time. If they are sensitive about the violence being seen in their branded stores, they should be equally as sensitive about enabling violence happening to their everyday shoppers.
