Right behind me is ongoing housing construction.

The immigrant labor is unbelievable.
They work very long hours, in horrible weather sometimes.
Strong gales, snow, rain, heat, sun, etc.
They even work weekends sometimes.

They focus on their work, take it seriously, and clean up the sites and area all of the time.
They are polite and well mannered.
