Leaked Emails Expose Trump's DOJ Plot to Frame Abrego Garcia with Fake Evidence

I am unshocked.

Newly released emails reveal that top officials in the Trump administration went to great lengths to falsely label Kilmar Abrego Garcia as an MS-13 gang leader. This effort unfolded even as the administration faced mounting pressure to return Garcia to the U.S. after wrongly deporting him to El Salvador.

The emails, handed over to Congress by a whistleblower from the Justice Department, shed new light on the administration’s desperate attempts to create a case against Garcia, despite a lack of evidence. These emails expose how the Trump team was determined to brand Garcia as a dangerous criminal, even though they knew the claim was baseless.

as possible. Trump is starting to get on his back heels as far as how he's conducting his immigration policy, and we have to keep pushing and not let him catch any balance..

3. Any reason why I'm first reading about this from a source called 'Daily Boulder' rather than a large outlet?

Is this same info out there from a more 'known' source? Just asking, before I start spreading this news far and wide. Don't want to end up being wrong in front of the world.

It might have been a legitimate error at first, but Trump wasn't going to admit that. I hope the backlash from this shakes the administration to it's core, but don't really expect that to happen. Between this and the Epstein files, things should start getting interesting, though.

7. The indictment brought against Garcia is so weak that it is sad

This indictment is based on double hearsay testimony

The Trump administration’s MS-13 case against Kilmar Abrego Garcia crumbled in court

Judge Holmes said the government’s evidence of Abrego’s MS-13 membership “consists of general statements, all double hearsay, from two cooperating witnesses.” She said those statements, in turn, are contradicted by another witness who, the judge wrote, said that “in ten years of acquaintance with Abrego, there were no signs or markings, including tattoos, indicating that Abrego is an MS-13 member.” Given the conflicting evidence, the judge wrote, “the government’s evidence of Abrego’s alleged gang membership is simply insufficient.”

Perjury used to be a crime, particularly repeatedly lying to a judge. Jail time is called for.

Did you catch this part:

The emails, handed over to Congress by a whistleblower from the Justice Department, . . .

So this means there is someone -- or several people -- in DOJ who are ready and willing to leak this stuff. Keep it coming!!!
