so that the family lawyer can challenge it

when the neighborhood watch captain tells

you that your neighbor who is your boss's secretary

told him you are on the list.

Why worry?

Be Happy.

but a database on mental health sounds like a way to create a subclass of citizens: sold to whomever will pay enough.

Bad idea. Bad idea.

The new sentiment in the Koch/ALEC controlled will surely be pushing for compliance

on edit: I really have no problem with keeping guns out of the hands of people adjudicated to be on a list.

Violence from the mentally ill is such a low actuarial risk it isn't possible to apply a solution like listing everyone with certain billing codes or prescriptions in their medical records without creating a law which will be challenged and likely upheld as being overly broad.

they've tapped their phones, dug through their garbage, scrutinized their bank accounts, busted through their doors, killed family pets, confiscated property, demonized them in the media calling them terrorist supporters, and ruined countless lives.

Now some people want to reward these crooks and thieves and liars with tax revenue.

Medical Cannabis users can't have weapons, but those using SSRI's can?

all the while the Feds own a patent on the use of the main ingredient in Cannabis.

Something is very wrong here.
