LaPierre's school "solution" shows the NRA has become exactly the very "Red Dawn" that they hate.

Their whole thing is driven by this paranoia about government take over and here LaPierre is today proposing that people with weapons invade our schools. What comes after that?

There's not even the slightest exaggeration; the NRA is insane.

We need less weapons, not more. Especially in schools. We need to focus on creating peace in our communities, the country and the world in general. If we could ever possibly destroy every gun and bomb in this world I would be one happy gal.

I'll bet they would pay for the permit and donate their time to train. That's 1 armed person in every 25 people. We could call it something catchy like "HGP" - Hidden Gun Permit.

What a truly horrible group the NRA is. I'm so proud of Code Pink for being on hand to disrupt that freak show!
