Except Bork is dead now and would be replaced.

RomneyLies
(3,333 posts)Bork is twice the hard ass that Scalia is, and the decisions stand as precedent as written.

God money I'll do anything for you.
God money just tell me what you want me to.
God money nail me up against the wall.
God money don't want everything he wants it all.
no you can't take it
no you can't take it
no you can't take that away from me

(39,961 posts)Once at Tipitina's in New Orleans opening for the "Bela Legosi's Dead" guy (which tells you which one was better since I can't remember his name off the top of my head), and again at Tipitina's as the main show for Broken.
It was so freaking loud at the Broken show, and so packed we were standing in the balcony because the entire floor was a massive stage diving mosh pit. One guy lost his pants completely in a stage dive, and clearly neglected to wear underwear that night. I think my ears rang for about 3 days LOL, but both were amazing concerts. Tipitina's is a great venue for seeing shows. I've seen some top notch bands there.
