Tariffs illegal? Sure. For how long?

Ok. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C. ruled that Trumps tariffs are illegal. Inevitably and probably rapidly, this case will be ruled on by the Supreme Court. Any doubt as to how they’ll rule? I bet the radical right Justices will quickly craft some cockamamy justification, hold some abbreviated proceedings just for show, and give Trump full reign. Tariffs back in effect. Dictatorial powers additionally confirmed.

i wasn't watching when the judgement went down, but i don't recall hearing ant big movement there. Just another 'cry wolf' moment from this Administration... nobody's even paying attention anymore?
