I cannot know the local address of my Congresswoman, a democrat from Minnesota

The republican party is a domestic terrorist organization.

My representative is Kelly Morrison (D-MN). The kids at the state fair didn't know the address of her local office. Her website says visiting the local office is by appointment only.

Due to the rise of political violence, they won't give out the address. I did get confirmation that the office is somewhere in Plymouth.

So the white male who murdered and injured the Democratic law makers earlier this year wins, I guess. He is also a dog killer.

Eventually, somebody will discover the address. Let's speculate it will be a white male domestic terrorist. So wouldn't it make sense to beef up security NOW for the law maker's sake and your constituents' sake. There was a bomb outside the DNC when Kamala Harris made a visit there. They have gone that far, and will again.

What is the Democratic party doing to ensure the safety of our elected officials who represent us? What are the Republicans doing to tamp down on crazed white dudes who want to hang Mike Pence and kill Nancy Pelosi.

Gabby Giffords. I still think Paul Wellstone too.

Can WCCO get on this? Does anybody even care that nuts are out and about murdering democrats? school shootings, nope. I live in an armed insane asylum.

It’s on the internet, just not on her website.
I’m not posting it, but that address (and most every other federal office) is there if you go past the first pages on search engines.

I don’t care where she lives. As long as it’s within the district.

I have volunteered for many candidates to flip the district to DFL, so…

Minnesota nice lives on.

The office intern seemed afraid due to the right wing’s escalating violence. It's unfortunate (understatement) that GOP terrorism is frightening office staff so much so that they won't give out the information freely.

Hell even on DU, the information isn't flowing freely. #FDT

Just volunteer to help her with her campaign next year. You'll get to meet her and you will find out where her office is. Actually, you can find it on Google really easily, as well.

The friendly folks of DU advised me to look harder for the address. Made me work for it.

I found the address. If anybody wants it, I will gladly DU email it.

I guess "they" are not giving it out over the phone due to escalating GOP violence. When I phoned, the office guy said he'd check with staff about giving out information and he'd call me back that afternoon. He did not. Nor did he in the ensuing days.

Emotions are running hot. It'll take years off my life if the next virus or mass shooter does not.

Fwiw (and it ain't much): This old gray mare has been volunteering, caucusing, donating $ for the DFL since the GW dumbass era. I've only been in Minnesota since 1997. Technically that makes me an outsider according to Minnesota standards.


I do occasional protesting at Emmer's office. I protested in front of Paulson's office (by Eden Prairie Mall) and in front of Dean Phillips office (Ridgedale). FWIW (and it ain't much).
