Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Holidays, enjoy your time with family and friends.

It has been an up and down year. Many of us have had health problems and some of us experienced death in our circles of family and friends. Some of us are facing the unexpected with health issues and are praying for the best outcomes that can happen.

We have also had the joys of seeing friends get married, graduating schools and colleges. Some of us adopted new furry family memebers and enjoy the happiness they bring. In November President Obama was re-elected and for most of us that was a happy occasion.

Now it is the holiday season and I want to wish each and every one of you a joyful season. For 2 days, don't think about the problems facing your life, just enjoy this time with those you love. The problems will still be there, but maybe you will be in a better frame of mind to face them.

Getting ready to go in right now, off Christmas day (and I appreciate the many who do not even get that day off) and then back on Wednesday.

as I've said before, I'm still employed (a miracle), healthy and any sympathy goes to Newtown and the folks still feeling the effects of Hurricane Sandy - I'm not religious but I do believe in "count your blessings". Merry Christmas / Happy Holidays, all.

At the kennel he manages, and I'm up to cook our Christmas dinner we're having with friends.
Merry Christmas, all.
