1. I'm watching Colbert. Either he taped really early, or he's not speaking about Kimmel.

But even then, he’s had a few episodes where they spliced in a message at start saying something like, “This was taped before trump screwed us again.”

2. All late shows are done live early in the day...way before the announcement of Jimmy being "cancelled"

I still am so gawd damn pissed off, I’m still up. I always go to bed at 9:00 CST. IT’s now damn near 11:00 CST and I’m still drinking and up, watching the tennis BJK Cup. Billie Jean King…..what’s kinda weird??? It’s being played in China. Come on USA 🇺🇸 USA 🇺🇸 USA 🇺🇸

3. Colbert tapes around 430-5pm Eastern

Which was around the time the news broke.

In any case, why aren’t any of the monologues up yet? Seth Myers is usually up by 5-6pm pacific time, Colbert around 730 pacific.

4. Ok, Colbert just went up a few minutes ago. Nt
