One of the first things they need to do is to hold these big corporations responsible that are willing to take away freedom of speech from the American people at the first hint of a threat.
They need to investigate all these mergers that are at the crux of these attacks upon our free speech. They all want to be bigger and richer. In the process, they are willing to throw everyone under the bus. There was CBS and Paramount wanting to merge with another big company so they decided they needed to fire Stephen Colbert in order to get their merger approved. Then there was ABC and Disney and Nextar wanting to merge to become even larger and to put almost all the media in the control of very few hands, controlled by the whims of government. Even NBC got rid of Joy Reid and others to please their masters and are now going to change the name of MSNBC to MSNOW in an attempt to shield a few remaining favorites they wish to keep on board. It might work and it might not?
We need a large-scale anti-trust investigation when Democrats are back in power.
But there many loopholes in the Constitution and the laws that need to be fixed. As we have seen, our Constitution is only as strong as the people that have sworn to protect it.
Then they can try to re-establish the rule of law. Good luck, people!

(This means the filibuster must die, and the court must be expanded )
If Dems are given the reins of power, Let the pendulum swing as far and as hard to the left as possible, govern and legislate fearlessly, and let the voters decide if they like the results or not.
