Elon Musk has trapped Tesla shareholders: give me $1 trillion or I won't lie for you anymore

Someone beat me to it.

https://electrek.co/2025/09/19/elon-musk-trapped-tesla-tsla-shareholders-give-me-1-trillion-or-i-wont-lie/

Elon Musk has trapped Tesla shareholders in a vicious cycle that has nothing to do with he company’s performance or mission anymore. He is linking a vote for his compensation package, worth up to $1 trillion and more control over the company, to the future of Tesla and, in his delusions of grandeur, “the future of the world.”

He literally said that.

How far would you be willing to go to get $1 trillion? Would you be willing to lie?

Tesla, under the control of Elon Musk, is in full-on marketing mode right now, but it’s not to sell its electric vehicles, whose sales have been down for 2 years now. It’s to sell shareholders on voting for a new, unprecedented compensation package for Musk.

And he took out ads with Giggle.

Much more at the link.

Nothing good can come of giving that loser (or any single person) that much money.

How he and the 1% can't grasp that is a mystery to me -- how can someone lack such empathy?

Oh yeah, it's like Charlie Fucking Kirk -- empathy is evil and it's everyone for themselves.....

They believe they are entitled to all the world's resources and cash.
They are special and entitled, and addicted to money and power.
It is a sickness.

They think all the money is theirs, and they refuse to share.
The rest of us are just suckers and losers.
Worthless eaters.

The rich do not want to pay for education, science, healthcare, etc etc.
The old, sick, infirm are just taking up resources.
They make no money for the rich and or assist them in any way.

Time to cull the herd.

I'm a bit of a contrarian, so I note when markets get a bit frothy. Signs such as overweighted in a few stocks, IPOs that jump way above their offering prices, ridiculous CEO compensation, heightened merger & acquisition activity, that digital coin company that jumped 4,000 %, "buy the dip" advice, and more I can't call to mind.

Yes, Senator Rick is known for his mixtures.

I can’t for the life of me figure out how Tesla is still valued at what it is. 5 years ago at the height of the pandemic when money was flowing around the stock market like a casino table and Cathy Wood had convinced everyone Tesla was a technology company that was going to innovate every tech industry it made sense why it was overvalued. But what have we really seen in the past 5 years that makes you think any of those predictions will come true? Tesla is viewed more negatively as a company and other companies are catching up. Why that stock price continues to go up I just don’t understand

It's all about the trillions to be taken.

Please see and follow the link there. I am getting blisters from typing. My sacrifice for democracy.

Besides, a British agent might take out Vance!
