You have my sympathies. I am just coming off the injured list myself. Take the time to pamper yourself and heal.

…and I went, well damn I am going to take Rx Motrin and my cane and go to the rally. I will make some noise for you!

Fortunately, my town seems to hold street corner rallies and not marches. The last one I went to there were about 2,000 people.

I’m wearing my Ruth Bader Ginsberg t-shirt ( “ If your voice held no power they wouldn’t try to silence you” ) and side 1 of my cardboard sign has the Bible verse RBG had on her SCOTUS chamber wall: “Justice, justice shall you pursue. “ Side 2 says: “Who the hell are we if we don’t have due process? “

Get well soon!

My wife is also on limited duty after surgery yesterday, so I'm going to be extra noisy here in the war zone of Portland, Oregon.

Hoping you have good Drs with good advice so you're ready for the next protest by the American people for the American Way!

I guarantee it'll be just as good.

Not because they are bad but to give a shock to the economy as much as possible: send a clear message that what is happening cannot and should not continue.

Well, if you are in the hospital, hope you have your own TV. And if you are at home, hope you have access to your own TV and the remote control. DC's protest will be on C-Span. Don't know what MSNBC or other channels will do, possibly they will jump around all over the country. Anyway, you will have a ring side seat. Hope they gave you something for pain!! Take it easy.

Boo! We had planned on going, but he's too sick and I'm not feeling well either. Don't want to expose others to this.
