This has to be the first time a president has been protested in such large numbers for his wholesale tyranny

...I remember standing against Nixon, but there wasn't as much of a universal condemnation as we're seeing today against Trump.

It's really something to see the masses of diversity in these protests that Trump is working so hard to repress in almost every action and expression against the government he's tasked to lead.

Who's streets? Our streets.

Whose country? Our country.

What a fucking great day for America!

...protesting against the Iraq wars.

It was one of the first times I saw the young folks resembling us hippies, mirror images.

We're seeing many of those same folks in the streets today, I'd think, all grow'd up.

...our Rep. Cummings was one of the first legislators to attend a peace rally, in town at our concert venue.

It was an abberation to many folks who drove by. The goons from the NDA base down the road came and took extreme closeup pics of us that I'd guess my kids can access years from now in a FOIA request; not to mention my teenage ones in D.C. from the 70's.
