The skateboard kid who swiped the sunglasses has not been arrested. I doubt the sunglasses were worth more than $500, so probably not something the skateboard kid would get arrested over anyway.

The drunk MAGAt who instigated the whole thing has not been arrested either. If he had caught the skateboard kid and had started beating on him, he would have been arrested, so the flag wearing guy kinda did him a favor by stopping him.

If someone yanks the glasses off my face and runs, I can tell you I'd be desperate to get them back. On pure instinct I'd try to run after them, and I can't run anymore. I'd fall too.
