The arrogance of Senate Republicans is breathtaking

John Thune and his fellow Senate Republicans are headed to the White House today to meet with Donnie Rotten. The agenda isn't to discuss ways of getting the government reopened, but to express their fealty and solidarity with the chosen one.

As a matter of fact they have stated that they will not negotiate with the Democrats over anything! This my way or the highway attitude is at the heart of the dysfunction that is the hallmark of this administration and their accomplices in the Congress.

The American People need to vote as many of these clowns out of office as soon as possible. The alternative is higher prices for food, healthcare and just about anything else we consume along with more autocracy and chaos.

Peaceful protests are being laughed off and go directly into the memory hole.

What is the next step?

What happens when people can't fly?

One idea is that Trump wants it that way,
so only his people can go long distances
quickly in private or government jets.

Literally for us: No escape.

Once air travel is severely affected, the power chiefs and business titans will start to get antsy. You're not going to get people working without pay indefinitely, particularly with the general economy falling off a cliff. We'll start hearing about sick-outs, the blue-flu in all colors.

Donnie Dipshit is pushing this to the max. He needs to get it back x 1000.

Gonna be interesting!

…. They have in effect decided that the legislative branch of our federal government is defunct. They have no intention of ending the shutdown.

Donnie Rotten… I like that moniker. Suits him well.
