29. Well, the nearest Costco is 112 miles away, and while Aldi does support DEI...

...in its hiring and does not contribute to conservative political campaigns, it also does not contribute to or support progressive campaigns as far as I can tell. The Albrecht family remains very private and do not live in the U.S.

Aldi also owns Trader Joe's, but that is also over 100 miles away.

I like Aldi and shop there some, but I would not say it has the best selection.

They also own the Winn-Dixie grocery chain, but the closest one of those is 319 miles away.

They parted ways several years ago. Strangely, Publix dropped Alma after Fancelli left.

One of them was in national news because they were flipped by a prominent MAGA megachurch pastor, who went and bragged about it on Fox News. This pastor also spoke at Trump's stupid rallies and attempted to endorse candidates. His church managed to flip the school board to all 5 seats being MAGA. They proceeded to wreak all kinds of havoc and make every Fox News and internet conspiracy theory come true. It was wild. And the Moms For Liberty turd in my district attempted to sue her own employers for attempting to implement state wide mask mandates. They all need to be flushed and arrested for their terrible behavior.
