5. I hate to burden the governor with

this but these guys need to be identified by the States attorney and charged with a hate crime and child endangerment. He has to demand Noem turn over this information within 24 hours or she will be charged AND detained until trial. This is criminal and cruel for no damn reason. Get a damn warrant from a judge and arrest her ASAP. Hopefully she will resist and force may need to be used.
